A weeklong series of events geared to graduate students looking into advancing their professional careers.Whether you are planning to have an academic career or a non-academic one, there is an event for everyone at Graduate Professional Development Week! The Graduate Student Assembly has organized Graduate Professional Development week (GPDW). Come explore career opportunities in academia, industry, and entrepreneurship. Late evening snacks and refreshments will be provided in all events. RSVP now!

6:00-7:00 pm: Panel: Life outside academia: Success mantra. Interested in knowing more about a career outside of academia?? Learn first-hand from experts with experience in government, tech industry and not-for-profits.

6:30-7:00 pm: ‘Innovation and the Unwritten Rules that can make or break your career’

Talk by Louise Epstein, Managing Director of UT Cockrell School’s Innovation Center.

7:00-8:00 pm: Entrepreneurship Panel and Networking. Engage with local innovators:
